60-day comfort guarantee. Try your Lumo underwear for up to 60 days after delivery. If you don't love them, contact us for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we ask you to keep the worn pairs; just send us your order number and a short note about what didn't work (fit, size, fabric). Unworn items in original packaging can be exchanged for a different size free of charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
